Jul 27 - Aug 2 Focused Fire
Thank you for your partnership in prayer! Here are this week’s Focused Fire prayer needs.
International: Contagem, Brazil Pastor Artie & Kelly Marin
Prayer Needs:
We need prayer for the negotiations for a new building. If all goes well, we will be able to go into it at the beginning of this next month. It’s 40% bigger and a third more expensive. Praying for an increase of finances for this transition.
Revival with Jon Gash on Aug 15-18. (That we could have the new building ready for revival and HG time with new converts, miracle healing and a powerful dimension for this time.)
Praying for the spirit of discipleship and our vision to be embraced by these men; (Argentina Conference is coming up in October and I’m trying to take a couple and six disciples with us. Getting time off is difficult so praying all will go well.)
US: Chula Vista, California
Pastor Robert & Rachel Dodd
Prayer Needs:
Here is what I hope people help me to pray: Lord, pour out your Holy Spirit in an overwhelming manner. Like in 1906 at Azusa Street. Like in 1949 at the Christ for Greater Los Angeles Crusade with Billy Graham. Like in the late 1960s Jesus People Movement. Pour out Your Spirit once again where the unchurched feel the need to get right with You… and feel free to start in the San Diego metro area.
Additional Prayer Needs
BIBLE CONFERENCES:
Jul 27-31, Lagos, Nigeria
Jul 28-Aug 1, Mexico City, D.F., Mexico
(7/24/25) prayer request from Pastor Arnulfo Teniente: - “Earlier this morning I received a call from brother pastor Eliseo Duran in Rio Grande. The cartel men are asking him for money. Otherwise they’re going to go to his house. He’s not at his house; he is hiding with his family. Can you please pass this prayer request to the pastors so we can pray for this situation of pastor Eliseo Duran in Rio Grande. They want money in order to leave him alone. Please help us pray.”
(7/24/25) prayer request from Pastor Nathan Oropeza in Phnom Penh, Cambodia: - “Please pray for Cambodia, there has been tension for about a month in going to war with Thailand over land that is contested at the border. We’ve had some internet outages and shortage of imported things like milk due to the conflict. A few hours ago, another fight broke out at the border and it seems more serious with some shelling, shots fired, evacuations, and Thai F-16 Cambodia military positions. We have our upcoming rally and revivals scheduled in Cambodia, we need quick de-escalation.”
